Brand new, from the Red Hot Kitties metal craft studio!
This is one of the very first designs from our new copyrighted "Tango Chica Industrial Chic Dance Jewelry" Collection, and one of my favorites so far. It is completely hand fabricated from pure copper, brass and nickel silver. The pendant measures 2" x 2 3/4", with polished etched brass base covered with a mass of tangled jungle leaves. The nickel silver accent plate, etched with "Tango Chica," is riveted on. The bail is pierced brass; it's opening is 3/8" in diameter, to accomodate a variety of neck rings, chains or beads.
The back of this pendant is stamped with my artist hallmark, and "2012."
The gorgeous fused dichroic glass focal piece is striped with green, blue, and blue-green tones on a black background. This photo is a good representation of the true colors. Copper prongs hold the glass firmly in place.
This "Primitive Dance Pendant" is a dramatic, elegant example of "industrial chic." And, of course, it's the ONLY one like it in the whole world!!
All of my metal pieces are finished with a coat of Renaissance Wax, to help preserve the unique patinas and shine.
