This pendant defines "industrial chic"! All components are hand-fabricated from pure copper, nickel silver and brass. The base of this pendant (1" x 3 1/4") is design-stamped, folded, hammered, textured reclaimed copper. The accent plate stamped with "Tango Chica" is polished nickel silver. The unique bail is etched nickel silver, with an opening that measures 3/8" x 5/8". I stamped the back of this pendant with my artist hallmark, and "2012."
The fused dichroic glass focal piece is a lovely iridescent rainbow of royal blue, green, gold and coral
pink--a striking contrast to the distressed look of the copper.
This photo is a good representation of the glass color.
Hammered copper prongs hold the glass in place.
This pendant looks it's most dramatic on a neck ring in copper, silver or brass/gold. Why not flaunt your TANGO passion?? Equally appropriate to wear with a dance outfit or jeans!
It's also finished with a coat of Renaissance Wax to preserve the unique mix of patinas.
