A simply styled pendant from my folded metal collection, with the theme "Grace," based on Eph. 2:8, "...by grace we have been saved, through faith..."
The main piece is folded, contoured, textured and stamped brass, accented by faceted lapis lazuli in a nickel silver folded bezel. "Grace" and "Eph. 2:8" are stamped on brass base. The bail is twisted and hammered heavy nickel silver wire.
This pendant is coated with a non-yellowing jeweler's lacquer to prevent tarnish.
This is one of my "smaller" pendants (I always seem to make larger, dramatic pieces!). So if you've never worn an "arty" piece, this is a nice one to start with! It can be worn with a neck ring or chain (or even a necklace of smaller lapis beads would be nice).
